August 24th - Beginner Mixed Combos - Beginner/Intermediate Level7:00pm-8:00pm (60 minutes)The Unspoken Studio - 1519 W. Oakey Las Vegas NV 89102Shuffle and Cutting Shapes infused into one evening. In this class we will focus on four eight-count combos that challenge your mind-body connection, stability and balance. We will start slow tempo and work our speed up for those who are daring for the challenge. This is a no-pressure class where you can act as a sponge and absorb what resonates and leave the rest. While this is a beginner to intermediate level class, some parts might feel more challenging than others... that's on purpose! Come ready, open and stay curious.
Expect to train alongside passionate individuals while discovering new and fun ways to express yourself within your shuffling. Anyone at any level can gain something from these classes so ALL ARE WELCOME!
