WHAT TO EXPECT
Welcome to the first ever Feminine Flow Night! We will start with an intermediate to advanced level shuffle choreography class so come for the challenge but stay for the cool down where we bring out our yoga mats, knee pads (if needed) and open our body to sensual expression and finish with a free flow dance session. It’s important to come prepared for class so please spend some time practicing your foundations up until class day so you can get the most of this class :) SEE YOU IN THERE!!
